If you are going to hold a meeting in Copenhagen, or you need a place where you can sit and work whilst you are in Copenhagen, you can use the office and meeting rooms.
When you hire the meeting rooms or the little office polite self service is in operation. This means that you make the coffee/tea and clean up after you have finished with the room.
From the office there is a wireless network. You will receive the code for this when you book.
In the large meeting room it is possible to hire a projector.
You are politely requested to order the projector at the time that you book the meeting room.
Before your leave for Copenhagen a key and an alarm code will be given to you.
