Danish companies lack manpower. At the same time there is a large group of social security recipients who would like to get into the job market, but find it difficult to gain entry.
To benefit both companies and available employees Business Kolding will help at least 100 of them to enter the job market – preferably in permanent jobs.
Therefore, we are now searching through our network, among the region’s companies, for job opportunities and training places that we can help to fill. For your company it is partly about taking advantage of those opportunities to obtain the missing manpower, partly about actively taking social responsibility.
In collaboration with the Arbejdsformidlingen (Danish Jobcentre) we find a suitable employee for your company. We ensure that documentation and allowances are in place as quickly as possible for your convenience.
How does your company benefit?
The person or people you choose to employ works in the first period without pay. If after the expiry of this arrangement you wish to employ the candidate permanently, it is possible to do this over a period with a subsidy.
Which jobs are suitable?
We are, among other things, searching for:
- light cleaning work in warehouses, in production or similar
- cleaning, dishwashing or cooking in the company’s canteen
- light office work including packing of envelopes and franking
- general cleaning jobs in the company
The hours per week are not important. More important is fulfilling employment for the employee and your company’s ability and willingness to take a joint social responsibility.
