For many years the development will take place north of the town at Industri Nord, Bramdrup Erhvervspark (Bramdrup Business park) and Bramdrup Industripark (Bramdrup Industrial park).

The areas consist of both local authority and private site developments.

In 2007 Kolding Kommune sold 25 hectares of business land. As of 21st January 2008, 23 hectares had been sold.
